time capsule as i was reading this, i thought oh! i should do this too! then i recalled of doing so, once. you know, during childhood when kids have this tendency doing crazy things which will be great to laugh at when they become adults? okay or in all likehood, not. because most of them will be forgotten, big time. so one fine evening, i was playing with my classmate intan at her house (actually her grandfather's house) when suddenly she cried out this dandy idea about making a time capsule. you know a small round thing that can be opened and we can find a toy inside? oh my, i forgot what it is called in BM too. anyone? usually this thing can be bought or get when we insert a coin into a machine like vending machine or something like that. you got my point? so we got a piece of paper and write something i really cant recall what it was and put it in the 'ball' and dug a hole in the ground in the front yard and after finished, covered it up. we did wish to dig it back all over after ten years but i see, now it is 2010. this happened when i was in primary school, probably when i was in std 4 or 5. gosh it has been 13 f*ing years! i wonder if she still remembers it because you see, i havent got to see her (or any primary friends) much after stepping into high school. and i'm pretty sure she doesnt remember abt the time capsule that we once shared too. it is impossible if i go there and search fot it by myself because i'll be accused for trespassing! hehe.. i hope it is still there, havent dissolved or such yet. i sure believe so because plastic does take a long time to vanish, no? hmm so what abt you? have you ever done something like this as well? what and when? how i miss the carefree joys of childhood. but as i reminiscing those moments, sometimes it brings one or two drops of tears as it upsets me that things arent the same as it once used to be :( but hey, we ought to cherish & carpediem, while there is still time, right? but still, i have this urge to make one as in now. entah lah. 2010 mcm sesuai sbb banyak bulat2 kot similar to capsules hehe. so until when should we preserve this time punya time capsule? 2100? must make sure to tell our brood beforehand! ^_^ 3 quidnunc(s) Sunday, 3 January 201010:35:00 PM I don't care if you're a man. So then we decided to give a try at a sushi restaurant just in front of the bank (considering how la dah 4 tahun tp tak pernah try situ. Okay I've been there once tp masa tu depa nak break utk solat ke apa so sempat belek2 menu sikit je). Not to tell, the time taken just to find that bank, so urghhh. I know Zamalek is scenic and all, but that made us so confused, what with hundreds of junctions (luckily there is one police post at each junction and it is winter). And hanks to Wani who couldnt accept the raw fish and being a monster that I am, I finished all in no time ;P The food, the ambience were good. The price? It might be quite pricy. For two plates as above pun dah over a hundred. But I thought takpelah it's not that often pun kan. Better than Rainforest Cafe (or something like that) in City Stars that costed more than 300 for two person. As I told my mom, yes I'm stingy when it comes to food.
